A new Troubleshooting guide starts from the symptom (down-but-up, blocked by bot management, monitoring gaps, slow, content-check failures, certificate warnings) and points at the right tool for each.
Fixed The phase-timing chart for endpoints monitored from more than one location now scopes to a single region at a time using region tabs, so each location’s DNS, connect, TLS, and TTFB timings read on their own scale.
Feature On-demand network diagnostics on every endpoint, run from the probe’s location: a full TLS handshake and response transcript, a hop-by-hop network path traced toward your service’s actual port, a port status badge (open, closed, or filtered), and DNS resolution detail. New: a phase-timing chart (DNS/connect/TLS/TTFB) with a per-check waterfall, plus a compact statistics section with latency percentiles, status-code distribution, and failure-by-phase breakdown. New: missing-data alerting, with a managed "Missing monitoring data" policy for every organization that pages when an active endpoint stops reporting results. New: when a web, browser, TCP, or ping check goes down, a network diagnostic is captured automatically and attached to the incident in the event log, so you can see the DNS, path, port, and TLS/response state from the moment it failed. Fixed: uptime is now time-weighted, honestly attributed (no-data vs failures), and consistent everywhere: one uptime figure per endpoint, colored by health.
